Organisation is my goal!

My darling fiance and I spent the arvo cleaning out our hallway cupboard/linen cupboard. We donated 5 bags of bedding and baby blankets to the salvation army!
the top shelf had everything from ultrasound films to curtains to lightbulbs shoved up there

not any more!!

these are the before shots of the rest of the cupboard

and the after shots

and tomorrow i plan to label the shelves so that everything stays where it belongs!

fun fun fun

My kids have been nagging and nagging at me to do something fun! What can you do on a VERY limited budget with 5 kids in a small place like Orange?? Lucky for me that my kids are fairly easy to please so Hot chips at the lake for lunch and a nice swim afterwards with their cousins! This was extra easy today because Children number 3 and 4 are still at daycare!
Beautiful sunny skies. Perfect swimming weather.
Brrrrrrrrr!!
Must have been a little cold in there haha..

Now that was a challange!

In my effort to "get fit" I decided that i will walk 2 of my kids to their daycare and home again. I was motivated and keen!
So, after breakfast I got them all cleaned up and dressed, told the older 2 to get dressed and wash their faces while i dressed and fed the baby. Then when we were ready to go, I but the baby in the sling and the next youngest in the pram and away we went. (i was a little unsure of how my middle child would go walking that distance as she is only 2)

So away we went. I was feeling good! The sun was shinning and the kids were having fun, it was great. We got to the daycare in 20 minutes which was how long i had thought it would take..... only to realise I had forgotten their bags!!! Well didn't I feel like an idiot!!

It was the hike home that killed me. We live ontop of a very steep hill. The part I had to walk it only about 100 metres long.. but it was brutal!! I thought I was dying lol. found myself wishing that the man of the house would "need to go out" and that he would drive past and pick me up :-/ lol.

BUT i made it home! I lived to try it all again tomorrow. Because now I know I can do it why should I stop? Walking up that hill is going to give me a sexy ass!! :-)

Still trying to work this all out

So a rule to taking part in the 21 days to get organised challange is to post the link on my blog. Now, the way that the owner of this challange wants people to do it is by placing a code that generates a 'button'. I have no clue how to actually do that so here is the link instead (click on 'here'). It really does look like alot of fun. And lets face it, who wants to live in Chaos???

21 Days to get Organised Challange!

I am starting this challange today. 19 days late! But you know what they say? Better late than NEVER right??

This challange appeals to me because I NEED to be organised and clean and I do love a challange :-) Check back for photos and updates. This should be fun!!

Why not join me?

Sooo.. I am now a blogger!

After years of reading and following other blogs I have FINALLY decided it was time to create my own. But what will I write about? My children? My day to day life? My business? I guess only time will tell. I will just type for my mood, express my opinions, share a joke..
Just a quick introduction; My name is Naomi. I am a 26 year old WAHM (work at home mum) I have 5 kids, 3 girls and 2 boys. I love them all to bits! I am engaged to my childhood sweetheart. I love my life even though on occasion I may whinge about it :-)

My Business I started on facebook after I made a beanie and mittens for my friends new baby girl. She encouraged me to advertise the stuff I make and try selling it. She believed I could do it so I thought I would give it a shot! She was right. People DO like my stuff enough to buy it!!
I don't usually use patterns to make my stuff. Its all from my imagination. I get inspiration from others designs. Then i incorporate ideas and creativity and come up with stuff that sells :-)
I hope you enjoy reading my blog because I am going to enjoy writitng it!
